For our Utility customers CSI provides a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) to ensure that you have the resources to maintain plant systems on an as needed basis. The SMA includes expert SAIPMS, SDS, Simulator, OpenVMS, and Microsoft Windows support. Support can be provided via remote networking, telephone, email, fax, and even optional on-site support options. By selecting a CSI SMA plan, you can maximize productivity and minimize downtime through proactive support. The 24-hour support plan helps to minimize application downtime by using our expert coverage through out the day.
