CSI was incorporated in August 1996 in Hartselle, Alabama to provide custom software solutions and consulting services. CSI ownership and employees consist of ex-SAIC Real Time Systems Group employees. As such, our primary area of expertise is Nuclear Plant Systems Integration and Support Services. CSI has also expanded into many other industrial and commercial systems markets. Located in northern Alabama, just a few minutes from Huntsville, CSI is centered in the design engineering and software capital of the southeastern United States. CSI employees reflect this high-level technical expertise being made up of senior-level electrical engineers and computer scientists. John L. Smith - Chairman Mr. Smith is the Chairman of Creative Systems Inc. (CSI) and is a senior-level software engineer specializing in the areas of Plant Monitoring and Radiation Monitoring Computer Systems. With twenty (20) years of experience as an applications developer and systems integrator, Mr. Smith has extensive experience in all phases of the systems integration business from project management to system planning/design. John L. Boyer Jr. - President Mr. Boyer is the President of Creative Systems Inc. (CSI) and is a senior-level software engineer specializing in the areas of Nuclear Plant Monitoring and Radiation Monitoring Computer Systems. With fifteen (15) years of experience as an applications developer and systems integrator, Mr. Boyer has extensive experience in all areas of Plant Monitoring Computer software subsystems. Thomas B. Strickland – Vice-President Mr. Strickland is the Vice-President of Creative Systems Inc. (CSI) and is the CSI Senior Software Scientist and Lead Engineer. Mr. Strickland has over twenty (20) years of systems integration experience and utility systems engineering. Mr. Strickland was an original developer of the SAIC SAIPMS software product that is now used in a majority of the Nuclear Plants in the United States.
